The BHS and experts in the field of hip surgery have undertaken a formal consensus exercise to create a prioritisation document for hip surgery.<\/p>\n<p>The BHS executive and a few experts reviewed the literature and formulated a list of hip conditions suggested to be relevant for prioritisation. The study then consisted of three rounds of questionnaires based on these conditions, with the consensus rating set at 70% a priori.
